Who it is for

Pool service companies in Harris County, TX that want new accounts on the streets they already drive. When a home with a pool changes owners, the new owner often has to pick a pool company. Your card reaches them in the first months after the county records the change.

How PoolPostcard is different

• The counts are public. Anyone can check how many pool homes sold in each zip, with the dates and the source, on pool homes sold by zip in Harris County.
• We read the Harris County Clerk's deed records every day, so a recorded sale reaches us within days instead of the two months appraisal records take. We use those sales to pick which homes get a card. They are not part of the published counts yet; see how we count.
• Your own customers are skipped. You paste or email their addresses once.
• A home gets cards from at most two companies in 30 days.
• You see the count and the charge by email before any card is charged, and you have 5 days to approve it, lower it, or skip the month. If you don't answer, it mails as counted.

What you do once

• Write one card: your company name, phone number and an offer.
• Pick your zip and a monthly cap of 50, 100 or 250 cards.
• Paste or email your customer addresses once, so those homes are never mailed.
• Reserve with $99. Cards are charged later, only for cards that mail.

What happens each month

1. We find homes with a pool that changed ownership in your zip, from public county records. See how we count.
2. We take out your customers, homes that asked to stop mail, and homes another company mailed recently.
3. We email you the count and the charge for it. You have 5 days to approve it, lower it, or skip the month.
4. If you don't answer within 5 days, the batch is charged and mails as counted. Skipping costs nothing for cards.
5. We print your card and mail it by USPS First-Class Mail.
6. A homeowner who scans the QR code sees a page about your company, not ours. Any quote request goes straight to your inbox.

Pricing

$99 a month, charged when you reserve and then monthly until you cancel. $1.19 for each card that mails, charged per batch after you approve the count. Your cap is the most a month can cost:

• 50 cards: $158.50 at most ($99 + 50 × $1.19).
• 100 cards: $218.00 at most ($99 + 100 × $1.19).
• 250 cards: $396.50 at most ($99 + 250 × $1.19).
• If no card of yours mails within 30 days of reserving, the $99 is refunded in full.
• Cancel any time by email. A batch that was already charged still mails.

Fair to homeowners, and to you

• A home gets mail from at most two companies in 30 days. We don't sell zip exclusivity.
• Every card prints a way to stop mail, and we honor it for every sender.
• We never publish or hand out addresses. Public pages show counts per zip only.
